Brianne's belief when working with patients is centered on meeting a patient where they are at in their health journey with no judgment. She believes wholeheartedly that the approach to nutrition and eating is not one size fits all and strives to support patients in their unique journey to health.

The time in your first session will be spent with Brianne getting to know you. She will complete an initial nutrition assessment by asking questions concerning your sleep hygeine, stress, medical history, food preferences, personal interests and hobbies.
