Through individualized nutrition counseling and tailored education, Brayden empowers her clients with the knowledge and support they need to build lasting habits.

In your initial session with Brayden, she will work to better understand your nutrition goals and challnges through an open conversation surrounding your nutrition history, lifestyle habits, and potential barriers. Together, you will create an individual plan, smarting with small and achievable goals, to create sustainable long-term change.

In her free time, Brayden enjoys spending time with her friends, partner, and family, trying new restaurants around the city, going to new coffee shops (never enough caffeine!), and teaching pilates.
