About

A dietitian and CrossFit coach of 5 years, wellness has woven its way into every aspect of my life. Nothing brings me more joy than a client reaching a new normal, where whole body health has become the pillar of their decision-making. My goal is to spread high quality nutrition knowledge to as many people as possible, empowering those around me to make decisions for themselves that will lead to high quality, mobile, energetic lives.

Approach to Care

If there's anything my years of nutrition counseling and CrossFit coaching have taught me so far, its the power of accountability. The benefit of having a professional in your corner to not only check in with you, but to offer suggestions to work through your unique barriers, cannot be overstated. Beyond accountability, I take a holistic approach to my counseling. Gaining insight into multiple areas of my client's wellness allows me to make reasonable, informed recommendations. We will discuss not only food and exercise, but sleep, mental health, stress, and gut health as well.

What to Expect

I want to get to know you! Your nutrition goals, of course, but also your hobbies, your likes, your dislikes, what you do for work, how many pets you have, etc. The more I know, the better able I am to help you build a routine that your nutrition habits seamlessly fit into. Who knows, maybe we'll even talk about the art of sourdough baking (if you're into that sort of thing).
