About
Ava is a compassionate dietitian who specializes in gut health, hormonal health, disordered eating, and women’s health. Her work focuses on clear assessment, practical strategies, and sustainable behavior change tailored to each client’s lifestyle.
Approach to Care
I have a holistic approach to health with an emphasis on intuitive eating. I help clients rebuild trust in their bodies, understand the causes of their symptoms, and create sustainable habits that support long-term well-being. I meet you where you are, providing a supportive, judgment-free space to identify what’s holding you back and help you move forward with realistic, personalized goals. I provide education and support to help you create satisfying meals and snacks and build confidence in making food choices that feel good mentally and physically.
What to Expect
In our first session, we'll get to know each other and discuss what brought you here. I’ll ask questions about your health history, current concerns, and nutrition-related goals so I can understand the full picture of your health. Together, we’ll start shaping a personalized plan that feels realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your lifestyle.
