I meet you where you are, providing a supportive, judgment-free space to identify what’s holding you back and help you move forward with realistic, personalized goals. I provide education and support to help you create satisfying meals and snacks and build confidence in making food choices that feel good mentally and physically.

Education

Ava completed her bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics at Illinois State University, along with a minor in Psychology. She went on to complete her dietetic internship through Illinois State University as well.

Hobbies

In her free time, Ava enjoys cooking, baking muffins, going on nature walks, practicing yoga, spending time with friends and family, hosting game nights, and sketching.
