About
Ashlee is a registered dietitian passionate about helping clients build healthier lives through nutrition. She chose dietetics to support individuals in developing sustainable habits while feeling guided and supported throughout their journey. With both personal and professional experience in eating disorder recovery, this population is especially close to her heart. Ashlee is committed to helping clients develop a positive relationship with food and their bodies, using compassion, evidence-based care, and lived experience to guide her work.
Approach to Care
Ashlee takes a patient-centered approach to care, prioritizing time to understand each client’s unique background, lifestyle, and nutritional needs. She believes health is not one-size-fits-all and that care should be individualized and respectful of each person’s experiences and goals. Ashlee practices within a Health at Every Size® framework and embraces an “all foods fit” philosophy. She collaborates with clients to develop realistic, sustainable nutrition goals, encouraging active participation in goal-setting to support long-term adherence. Ashlee provides compassionate, ongoing support both during and between sessions, helping clients feel confident and supported throughout their journey.
What to Expect
During your first session with Ashlee, she will take time to get to know you as a whole person. This includes exploring your health and nutrition background, current lifestyle habits, and your reasons for seeking nutrition support. Together, you will discuss your personal nutrition goals and what you hope to achieve, allowing Ashlee to tailor her care to your individual needs from the very beginning.

In her free time, Ashlee enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 cats, spending time in nature, practicing yoga and meditation, reading, running, thrift shopping, and trying new coffee shops.
