About
Meet Anna, a Registered Dietitian who is Board Certified in Renal Nutrition and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Anna’s approach to her clients' health and wellness is designed to instill confidence and empowerment in their nutrition choices. She adopts a collaborative team approach to sessions, acknowledging that you are the expert in your own body and life. Anna will guide you toward achieving sustainable changes aimed at meeting your overall health goals!
Approach to Care
Anna recognizes that nutrition is highly individualized and influenced by more than just fueling your body. Her approach is rooted in compassion and understanding, acknowledging the uniqueness of every individual. In our sessions, we will explore your goals, preferences, and any challenges you may face on your path to wellness. Together, we will unpack the 'why' behind your nutrition choices, celebrate victories, and adjust strategies as needed.
What to Expect
In your initial session, Anna dedicates the hour to getting to know you. Anticipate questions about your health history, dietary habits, lifestyle, and any specific concerns or goals you may have. We'll delve into what has and hasn't worked for you in the past. Together, we will establish personalized, realistic, and achievable goals that align with your overarching vision of a healthy life. The session will conclude with an opportunity for you to ask questions and receive an overview of what it's like to work with Anna.
