About

Amanda is dedicated to helping individuals heal their relationship with food and their bodies. Amanda believes in creating a compassionate and supportive environment, incorporating evidence-based nutrition practices to guide clients toward sustainable changes. She strives to empower her clients to break free from diet culture and develop a nourishing and balanced approach to eating.

Approach to Care

Amanda offers compassionate, patient-centered nutrition care, focusing on non-diet, weight-inclusive principles. By creating a safe, nonjudgmental space, Amanda tailors evidence-based strategies to each client’s unique needs, empowering them to achieve their goals and embrace a sustainable, fulfilling life.

What to Expect

In your first session with Amanda, the focus will be on truly getting to know you as an individual. Amanda will ask about your medical history, food preferences, eating habits, as well as your goals. She’s also interested in learning about the things that make you unique, such as your hobbies, work and most importantly, any furry friends! This comprehensive understanding will allow Amanda to create a personalized plan that supports your journey toward positive change.
