About
I'm a Registered Dietitian focused on providing personalized, sustainable nutrition. My goal is to help you become your healthiest self through realistic, sustainable changes that fit easily into your everyday life.
Approach to Care
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized. Together, we can better understand your health goals and implement meaningful and lasting changes.
What to Expect
Our first session is all about you. We will explore your health history, current habits, lifestyle, and specific questions or concerns you bring to the appointment. We will review your goals and collaborate to lay the groundwork for identifying realistic, personalized recommendations. You'll leave the session with clear, realistic next steps until our next session.
