What to Expect
In your first session, you can expect Addison to make you feel heard and welcomed into a non-judgemental environment as you take a dive into your comprehensive health history. Through conversation, she aims to get to know you better to gain an understanding of your current goals, challenges, and experiences with nutrition. She will work with you to develop a care plan that addresses your needs and aims to bring you closer to your end goals. You can expect Addison to be clear, informed, empathetic, and driven to helping you feel your best.
Approach to Care
Addison uses a person-centered approach, taking into account your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. She believes in Health at Every Size, weight-inclusive care, and empowering her clients to make informed nutrition decisions that allow them to accomplish their goals. Addison strives to create an environment which allows for honest and open discussion. She is passionate about providing clients with evidence-based nutrition therapy in a world that is full of nutrition misinformation. Hobbies
I love spending time outdoors, experimenting with new recipes, reading a thriller or mystery novel, and getting together with friends. I also enjoy teaching and taking Barre fitness classes and turning my home into my own personal greenhouse. I love learning about and trying new things, and I've never met a hobby I didn't enjoy.
