About
I'm Adam Walz, a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting wellness and improved health. I bring a broad range of experience, having worked with professional and Division I athletes, pregnant and postpartum women, and individuals of all ages including children, adolescents, and adults. I hold a Certificate of Training in Adult and Pediatric Obesity from the Commission on Dietetic Registration and am certified in the Low FODMAP Diet for the dietary management of IBS. My goal is to provide personalized, evidence-based support tailored to your unique needs. I look forward to working with you to help you reach your long-term wellness goals.
Approach to Care
Adam approaches nutrition care as a collaborative process, partnering with clients to develop plans that feel realistic, practical, and empowering. He takes a whole-body perspective—looking beyond food to also consider sleep, stress, mindset, and daily routines. Recognizing that health is not one-size-fits-all, Adam tailors his recommendations to each individual and encourages open communication about preferences, goals, and boundaries. With a day-by-day approach, he helps clients build sustainable habits that support long-term health and well-being.
What to Expect
The first session is all about getting to know you. Adam will ask thoughtful questions to understand your health history, lifestyle, eating patterns, and what has or has not worked for you in the past. He will also explore your current goals and what feeling better with food and health looks like for you.
