- I worked with Adrienne DePaul throughout my pregnancy which proved to be incredibly valuable. Throughout each stage of pregnancy and even in preparation for breast feeding, Adrienne has been a trusted, non-judgmental resource that I have been able to rely on for honest advice and realistic solutioning. So grateful to have been connected with her!
Anna with Health Loft has been amazing! I learn something new from her each week, and each week is a step closer to working through my health issues and getting better. I highly recommend Anna! She is a wealth of knowledge!!!
I used to go through my days constantly feeling sick from my various food sensitivities, but after working with Sofia, I’ve been able to learn ways to eat and enjoy my life! Please request to talk to her if interested in this type of service!
I have been seeing Abby D. for about 3 months now and chatting with her is consistently the highlight of my week. She is so insightful and has guided me to learn so much about myself through my relationship with food.

Frequently asked questions
Am I covered?Am I covered? How do services work?
Yes, Health Loft connects you with a licensed nutritionist that accepts your insurance.
In your first session, your nutritionist will create a personalized plan based on your eating habits, lifestyle, and health goals.
You’ll then meet regularly to track progress and refine your plan.
Do you take insurance? How much do services cost?

Many clients find their services are covered at 100%, or they have only a small copay. We verify your specific benefits for free. If you have questions about if we accept your insurance, you can call us at (855) 552-5557 or email appointments@healthloftco.com.
There are no contracts or additional fees to see a Health Loft nutritionist.
What is the difference between a dietitian and a nutritionist?
At Health Loft, we exclusively hire licensed Registered Dietitians.
While the terms “dietitian” and “nutritionist” are often used interchangeably, they are not the same. A Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) is a certified expert in food and nutrition. To earn this credential, they must complete a relevant bachelor’s degree, undergo supervised practice, and pass a national licensing exam.
In contrast, the title “nutritionist” is often unregulated—meaning in many states, anyone can call themselves a nutritionist regardless of their education or training. That’s why it’s essential to seek care from a Registered Dietitian when looking for reliable, professional nutritional guidance.
Do you offer in person or virtual visits?
At Health Loft, our dietitians provide care exclusively through virtual appointments using a HIPAA-compliant Zoom platform. When we previously offered in-person visits, many clients found virtual sessions to be just as valuable—while also offering greater convenience and saving time.
What age ranges do you work with?
At Health Loft, our dietitians work with individuals across all age groups—from infants (0–24 months) and children to adolescents, adults, and older adults. They also have experience managing a wide range of nutrition-related conditions throughout the lifespan.
How many appointments will I need with a nutritionist?
At Health Loft, our approach is as individualized as you are—shaped by your unique goals, medical history, background, and timeline.
Depending on your needs and preferences, sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or at a pace that works best for you.
We see nutrition as a journey, and as your dietitian provider, we’re here to support you every step of the way—offering guidance and adapting care as both your needs and nutrition science evolve.
