CrossFit Physical Therapy Assessment

We start every new patient visit with a conversation. We want to understand what is important to you, what goals you have, and how you were injured in the first place. This allows us to create a plan to match your needs and help you get the results you’re looking for while reducing your risk from further injury.

The area we assess will depend on your specific CrossFit injury. We will assess your general and CrossFit specific mobility, strength, posture, and lift movements/mechanics. Then, we create a plan to address your injury and create a program for you to use on your own to build strength and get back to the CrossFit gym without fear of re-injury.
