Lorissa Sernus

Lorissa (she/her) is a registered dietitian with a passion for helping people find joy with eating, make peace with their bodies, and live their most purposeful lives. Working from a weight-neutral and trauma-informed approach, she believes that health and wellness are multifactorial and look different from person to person. Lorissa enjoys working alongside her clients as they work their way through the messiness of diet culture and ultimately find the best path for them. She has worked with people with various eating disorders at all levels of care (RES, PHP, IOP) and can assist those as they find recovery. Through evidence-based practice, compassion, and humor, Lorissa is here to support you in your journey.

Lorissa works with a range of clients with eating disorders and co-occurring disorders. Lorissa also works with clients with a range of conditions including, but not limited to, chronic dieting, malnutrition, intuitive eating, sports nutrition, disordered eating, diabetes, IBS, and dyslipidemia.
