Jessica is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist that collaborates with her clients to create sustainable lifestyle changes that support their overall health and well-being. She believes that a diet should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. She works with her clients to identify their goals, understand their lifestyle and preferences, and create a plan that fits their unique needs. Jessica also recognizes that food is more than just fuel for the body – it is often tied to emotions, memories, and cultural traditions. As such, she helps her clients to build a positive relationship with food. She understands that changing one’s habits can be challenging, and she helps her client’s overcome barriers to create lasting change.
