Her own experiences have fueled her particular interest in intuitive eating, disordered eating and HAES aligned care. She loves working alongside clients to find creative ways to make food both nourishing and enjoyable. Through evidence-based practice and individualized care, Heather strives to help patients develop positive relationships with food and their body to nourish their overall well-being.
