Abby is extremely passionate about assisting her clients in building a positive relationship with their body and its nutritional needs. She throughly believes that every person has a right to have a positive relationship with food. As a result, she will do everything in her power to facilitate this journey for her clients. Abby believes that a healthy diet is one that specifically caters to her client’s nutritional, emotional, and social needs. Because of this, Abby has found it particularly rewarding assisting clients who have struggled with eating disorders, or have anxiety relating to food. Abby ensures to provide each individual with a non-judgmental, inclusive, individualized plan of care. To cultivate a healthy relationship with food and body, Abby provides nutrition education and evidence-based information around food. Abby has experience working with eating disorders in a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP).
