Kathleen is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to help them make healthy and sustainable diet changes that support their lifestyle. She believes that a diet should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. Her past experiences have fueled her particular interest in women’s health and wellness, and she loves helping clients find creative ways to make food both nourishing and fun. Through evidence-based practice and individualized care, Kathleen strives to help patients craft positive relationships with food that will promote long-lasting healthy habits and aid them in reaching their nutritional goals.
